So last week Keri Hilson hit the Billboard Music Awards and she looked stunning. Keri wore a Gold sleeved mini dress by Rachel Roy which complimented her skin tone perfectly. I Love Rachel Roy’s collection and the green belt set the ensemble of right. What do you guys think Haute or Not?
