Nicki Minaj was also in attendance at the Billboard Music Awards last week. Nicki sported a powder blue jumpsuit by designer Mark Fast. Nicki played up the pastels with her soft pink wavy tresses. The shoes were a killer; Nicki partnered the jumpsuit with a pair of white Versace shoes from the spring collection. What do you guys think of Nicki's Billboard Look? Haute or Not?
