The first female superhero for D.C comics is set to be the face of this new makeup collection. The collection is set to utilize the infamous color scheme from Wonder Woman comic’s series for the packaging. The collection will include an eyeshades lineup with shades of pink, white, and bright silver. The collection will also include a lineup of mascaras in the colors purple, blue, black, and green. The collection also may reintroduce the lipstick color Russian Red. I love the fact the fact that M.A.C Cosmetics is using a strong powerful female superhero to head this line. Wonder Woman was introduced to by D.C (Detective Comics) in the 1940’s, at a time when male superheroes such as Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern were in heavy rotation. Wonder Woman gave America the first glimpse that woman can be powerful, sexy, and really take over the world. This collection will be great for makeup aficionados and D.C comic’s enthusiast.
